Delivery Policy
Delivery arrangement If you choose the delivery service, your order will be delivered to the delivery address you provided within two weeks in the order of the order (excluding outlying islands, remote areas, and Macau). The actual delivery time of the goods may vary depending on the situation, and everything shall be subject to the actual situation.
Once the order is confirmed, the delivery method cannot be modified, the order cannot be merged, or additional goods cannot be purchased.
Delivery services may be delayed or suspended due to adverse weather conditions or traffic accidents. You will receive a text message or phone notification within 24 hours. The relevant orders will be rescheduled and sent out within 7 working days.
If the goods arrive at the scheduled time and the delivery address fails due to no one receiving them, the shipping fee will not be refunded. If you need to reschedule the delivery, you will need to pay the delivery fee again.
